Recently, a new type of activity has caught people’s attention. Blogging, because this was the activity we were talking about, has become a passion for some, an obsession for many and a vice for others. This latter category will be the object of analysis of this article.
Also known under the name of blogaholic, the person which has become addicted to his/her blog and has read many of the other blogs available on the internet has several specific features. These features have been individuated by no others than the blogaholics themselves, in a more or less ironic manner.
In what follows the readers will find a list with the most common features of a blogaholic. The main characteristic of those that have been captured by the virtual space is that they spend more time writing about their on their blog than they actually live. They hear news about their friends only by reading their blogs and talk to them only by posting comments on the above mentioned blogs. Following the same line, the blogaholic does not answer the phone, letting his/her parents know about his/her condition only by means of the articles posted on the personal blog.

The major issue bloggers face is that over time their blog archives gets fill up with thousands of posts and by default a blog normally only shows the most recent posts that you have posted on the front page while the majority of your previously written posts can’t get noticed once they drop off the front page.
The new technique is called Sneeze Page. The idea behind it is simple – to create a page that forces the people in different directions deep inside your blog by highlighting a variety of previously written posts.
In simple words – A sneeze page is all about exposing those archives.
There are many types of Sneeze Pages that you can create on your blog. Few types are explained below.
Themed Sneeze Pages – these are posts or pages on your blog or site that revolve around a single theme. The sneeze pages (and others) are linked to prominently around the blog – including the ‘best of blogs’ section of the front page, if you have. These pages generate a lot of page views both themselves and the pages that they link to.

Today, it seems like everybody and their dog has a blog of some sort. So, you think, what can a real estate blog do for me and my business? The answer is: a lot, if you are willing to put in the time and effort to make it so.
A good blog is, as far as the search engines go, an ever-changing webpage that constantly offers content. This is a great place to be, from a search-engine-optimization (SEO) point of view. A website that is constantly offering new content is a good thing as far as Google is concerned. If you’re offering up-to-date, relevant info about your areas of operation, that’s gold as far as both Google and your readership are concerned. People are always looking for relevant information about their chosen home neighborhood and what’s happening.
A blog that is merely a series of home listings isn’t going to attract much attention. While you can certainly showcase homes you have to sell, try to make them interesting to more people than those who want a 4 bedroom rancher with 2 bathrooms and a charming expanse of front lawn. Perhaps you can talk about this listing’s neighborhood, the history of ranch homes or interesting things people do with bedrooms that are no longer required for guests and family members. Use your blog to capture the interest of people in general, rather than repeat something that is already amply represented elsewhere on your site.

If you’re intent on being a serious blogger, here are 5 blogging tips that will greatly enhance your online experience.
Blog with Passion
If you are not truly passionate about your blogging it will show in your content and your efforts will seem more like work. Ugh! Having a sincere interest in or knowledge of the subject matter you’re posting about will make your blogging experience more enjoyable and profitable.
Choose a Domain Name Your OWN
Having a domain name that is relevant to your topic is a key component to any successful blog marketing campaign. It is ALWAYS best to own the domain name since it gives you more control and enables you to ‘brand’ this name for your blogging purposes.
Free sites are all well and good but if you plan to make a serious impact you’ll want to host your own site with your own domain name. You will be regarded more highly this way!

If you are thinking about creating a blog, how to advice is always good to have. Here are my 7 steps to a search engine optimized blog:
1. Find a subject that you are knowledgeable about. Make a list of subjects and pick the one you know the most about. If you have a business, then you may want to write about it. If you are new to your business then writing about a hobby or interest is best.
2. Find a blog software program. I like wordpress but there are others such as blogger.com, livejournal and thoughts.com. I recommend using your own website to host the blog rather than the free hosting. This will cost money but well worth it if you want the search engines to find your blog. If you are just blogging for fun, then the free hosting will be fine.
3. Once you create your blog setup, the next step is to add a post. I start with a keyword search tool such as Google Adwords. Then I think of a string of words (3 or more) and do a search. What you are looking for is many people searching for the words but not many people using those keywords. When you find a string of keywords that 4,000 – 10,000 people are searching for but only 50% or less are using these keywords, then write your post around those words. Use those words in your title and in the first paragraph (bolded). This is the hard part. Making your blog post make sense using those keywords. This is where your creativity comes in to play. You may not think you are creative, but you will be surprised when you put your mind to it.

There are many reasons as to why you you should use online audio advertising. It is a very popular marketing method nowadays and is in my opinion very effective. Look at any successful website on the internet and most of them utilize this technique on their pages to promote a product or service.
I have studied this method thoroughly and have concluded that there are 3 main reasons for using audio advertising. So here goes:
1. Create Trust and Build Relationship
As with any online business, prospects haven´t met you in person and simply don´t know who you are. By implementing audio into your online marketing campaigns you allow the visitor to become more comfortable with you, your product, they can hear you are actually a real person. This way you create a trust and start to build a relationship, especially when it is your own voice (recommended). The visitor is now more likely to investigate your online business and the opportunity or product/service that you have to offer to them. It really works!

Audio advertising on websites is becoming more and more popular these days and is a great way for marketing your online business. However, many marketers don´t know how to go about this. Therefor I decided to write this article describing the 4 Key Tips in order for you to get it done in the most effective manner.
1. The equipment
All you need is your computer, a microphone and software to record your message. I personally use QuickTime to do the job. It really is very simple. You don´t need an expensive recording studio!
2. Clarity
It is important that the message is clear and crisp, easy to hear and to understand. If your message is filled with static or drop-outs you could seriously damage the reputation of your business or website. Remember, a first impression is established in just 3 seconds. So, before posting your audio message, check the quality and the content.

Audio streaming is the ability to listen to audio over the internet while it is downloading instead of waiting for a download to complete before you hear it. As an example, many videos online play while they are downloading, and you can see this by a bar moving behind the playback progress bar on the video. Audio streaming is most frequently used through live broadcasts of information, videos and some music.
In order to receive audio streaming to your computer, there are a few essentials that you computer must have. Your computer must have a sound card in order to receive sound from the place you want to stream your audio from. You should also have either a set of headphones, or speakers, whichever you prefer. You will not be able to hear the audio coming through your computer without headphones or speakers.

Both Skype and Gizmo5 are VoIP services
- voice over internet protocol. They offer low rates to make voice calls
by using your computer. Skype is one of the first services to offer this service that has been making the use of land lines obsolete. Gizmo5 is a competitor of Skype and currently offers a month free of the service as a way to entice new members.
If you are considering Skype or Gizmo5 as a phone service provider, you should be aware of the difference between this type of service and a land line. A land line is more secure and does not have the interruptions that are frequently part of using VoIP services such as Skype or Gizmo5.
Setting up is Easy with Skype and Gizmo5
Both Skype and Gizmo5 are easy to set up when it comes to software. You need to have a speaker if you want to use the computer as you would a telephone, although you can also use the keyboard to talk to others. The cost of using the service includes the high speed internet access as well. You will save money when you use Skype or Gizmo5 as opposed to using a standard land line and paying for high speed internet service through your cable provider.

Introduction of the Internet has changed sharing of information, marketing, and infotainment. It has introduced the age of e-commerce, e-marketing, e-shopping, internet radio and TV. Live Internet radio is one of the latest trend in these days. This is related with the development of broadband Internet.
Internet radio is an audio broadcasting service transmitted via the Internet. Many Internet radio “stations” are associated with a corresponding traditional (or “terrestrial”) radio station or radio network. Internet-only radio stations are independent of such associations. Internet radio services are usually accessible from anywhere in the world—for example, one could listen to a German station from UK or America. Internet radio services offer news, sports, talk, and various genres of music—every format that is available on traditional radio stations.
