Why You Should Develop Your Own Cyber Design
When you’re a kid there’s nothing more satisfying than putting your most recent masterpiece on the fridge for all to see. Mom will ooooo and ahhhh over the brilliance of your art and proclaim she has the next great artist living under their roof. This, of course, prompts you to outdo yourself with something even grander than before.
Some mothers will eventually place each treasure in a box and refer to them when you’ve grown up and they are left to find company in the memories you left behind. It’s the nature of parenthood, and an emotional moment all mothers go through when you’re not looking.
Web design can be a bit like drawing the pictures of childhood. You may not always get it right, but you place it on a global fridge for all to see. The good news is you likely won’t stop with your first masterpiece. You will explore new ways to express yourself and you will gain courage from every attempt.
I couch the concept of web design in emotive terms because it can, and perhaps even should be a slightly emotional experience – at least at the beginning.
